Please note that due to the nature of the artworks sold, some variation of colour and detail should be expected between the photographs shown in the website and the artworks themselves.
No returns or exchange are possible due to these natural variations.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if any items arrive damaged to you as long as you:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with evidence of the damage
• Send items back within 14 days of delivery

Once an order is made, we don't accept cancellations.  But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  If any item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
